Are you currently recruiting and getting inundated with CVs but do not have the time to review them properly?

Recruitment is a very time consuming thing! Even more so when you are trying to manage it alongside an already very busy schedule!! From sifting CVs, carrying out screening calls to then arranging, prepping and conducting interviews! it can eat up a lot of your precious time.

We offer a number of recruitment screening solutions, from reviewing all CVs and providing you the best options for you to then screen & interview yourself. Through to fully taking charge of the positions CV reviewing, screening & interviewing of potential candidates inline with your specified job requirements.
All at an affordable and fair price when compared to stand alone agencies! No percentage cuts on top of other costs. Just a one off cost.
Recruitment Options
Simply Sifting - £70 (for up to 15 CVs)
If you have a number of CVs and want to find the best candidates where skills and experience match your role, then we will thoroughly review up to 15 supplied CVs.
We will then issue you with our professional and honest feedback on the best potential candidates alongside review notes for you to then screen and interview yourself.
CV review & Call Screening- £150 (for up to 15 CVs)
Review of up to 15 CVs as above. Then once potential candidates with required skills are selected, we will conduct a telephone screening call with those candidates, further narrowing down them down to the number you require for interviews.
We will provide you with full feedback on each selected candidate screened, alongside the candidates answers and comments.
Candidate Interviewing - From £30
Do you dread the thought of conducting an interview? Feel nervous, or anxious about prepping and asking the right questions?
Let us take the lead on your interviews.
One of our experienced team will prep competency based questions aligned to the advertised role. They will then take full lead of conducting the interview and ensuring the right questions are asked, giving the candidate the full opportunity to show their skills and ability.
We can offer our interview option as a stand alone solution or bundled into one of our other options above. It can be done remotely or at your place of work/chosen location.
